To prevent any type of inconvenience with the size of the products, we recommend all shopcalavera.com visitors to follow the size charts illustrated in all our products.

Exchanges and returns go against our policy of caring for the planet. To reduce our carbon footprint, at the moment we do not have exchanges or returns in shopcalavera.com.

However, you can contact us directly at info@shopcalavera.com and let us know your case.

Upon review, our team will make the decision regarding the situation. If it is a genuine Shop Calavera mistake or the item is damaged upon arrival, we will send you another garment of the correct size. No need to send us the incorrect item back.

If an incorrect size product has been sent to you, you can send us a refund request to info@shopcalavera.com showing the size of the product received and your order number. In case the size is incorrect, we will make a refund for your purchase. No need to send us the incorrect item back. 

Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved for your order, we will process it within two business days. Once a refund is processed, funds will be reimbursed to your credit card or original method of payment. This process usually takes up to 10 business days depending on banking processing times.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please bear in mind it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Banking processing times can take up to 10 business days. If 10 business days have passed and you do not see your refund, please reach out to your bank or credit card company regarding a refund coming from SHOPCALAVERA.

In case unable to locate reimbursement after ten business days of being disbursed, please contact us directly at info@shopcalavera.com and we will be glad to aid in locating your funds. 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, as of right now, all sale items are final sales and are ineligible for a refund.

At the moment, in order  to reduce our carbon print, we do not have exchanges.

We only replace items if they are factory defective or damaged. If you would like a replacement of the item you purchased due to the item being defective or damaged, send us an email at info@shopcalavera.com .

Shipping

Our products are produced in New Jersey, United States. All orders will be processed by our suppliers 2 to 3 business days after purchase.

Delivery time varies from 15 to 50 days depending on shipping address country.

All orders over $75.00 USD are eligible for Free Shipping.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with the guide number of your package to track it. The customer must be responsible for tracking their package using the means provided by the package delivery company, via our Tracking Page or by using a tracking web tool.

All buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their order. ShopCalavera is not responsible for delays due to customs or tariffs added due to local import taxes.

Delivery schedules are open Monday through Friday on business days and there must be someone to receive the package.
