Yes! All our clothes are unisex so they can be worn by anyone.

We suggest you check the size guide on all our products so that you get the appropriate size.

All our products in the portal include a “Size guide” which includes a detailed size chart and indicates how to make the measurements so that each product fits you perfectly.


For all online purchases, we have two methods of payment:

We take payments with Credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), as well as payments through PayPal.

For all in-person sales, we also accept cash on delivery and iterac e-transfers.

Yes! You may pay in your local currency - at this time, the supported currencies are: CAD, USD, MXN and COP.

Currencies are converted at the market rate at which one currency is exchanged for another.

*Please bear in mind that some banks and credit card issuers may still charge extra international transaction fees even if the credit card is charged in local currency.

Creating an account will speed the purchase process in future purchase, however, account creation is optional.

To make your purchase an account is not necessary and you may always checkout as a guest.


To prevent any type of inconvenience with the size of the products, we recommend all customers to follow the size charts illustrated in all our products. Exchanges and returns go against our policy of caring for the planet.

To reduce our carbon footprint, at the moment we do not have exchanges or returns in However, you can contact us directly at and let us know your case.

Upon review, our team will make the decision regarding the situation and if it is a genuine mistake (ex: incorrect garment was sent), we will send you another garment of the correct model and size. No need to send us the incorrect item back.

If an incorrect size product has been sent to you, you can send us a refund request to showing the size of the product received. In case this is not correct, we will make a refund. Upon receiving the refund, you can donate or recycle the product received at first.

Once the order has been generated through, we cannot make any change in size or model, if required please send an email to requesting the cancellation of the order, so that a new order can be made as soon as possible.

We will not be able to cancel the order once it has been shipped.

It is important to note that if you want to cancel the order, it must be canceled within 24 hours of placing it to obtain a full refund.

If the order has been shipped, it can only be canceled if the shipping time takes longer than 60-days.

If so, you can send us an email to where we will check the order time.

In case the order has taken over 60-days, we will cancel and refund the order on your behalf. In case you receive the product after having canceled the order, you can recycle it, donate it or enjoy it.


Our products are produced in New Jersey, United States. This includes all apparel items.

All orders will be processed from 2 to 3 business days after the purchase. 

Delivery times when using standard/free shipping are:

United States:  10 to 25 days after purchase

Canada, Mexico, Spain, Australia and Colombia: 30 - 50 days after purchase

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with the guide number (tracking number) of your package to track it.

You may locate your order and check its status, through our Track Your Order page.

Here you can enter your order number and email and by doing this, you will see your order's status, current location and estimated delivery date. 


We offer Free Shipping to all orders over $75.00 USD.

For a limited time we are offering free shipping for all orders to the US and Canada.

Yes, at the time of purchase, if what is added to the shopping cart is $75.00 USD or more, the free shipping option will activate automatically.

For a limited time a free shipping option will be available for all US and Canada orders.

At the moment, we provide standard and/or free standard shipping.

With Standard and/or Free Shipping options, delivery times are:

- 30 -50 days (CA, MX, ES, AU, CO)

We offer premium/express Shipping for Canada, Spain and Australia. With the express/premium shipping option, your package will arrive in 10 -25 days.

60 Days Guarantee is Shop Calavera's promise that your order will be delivered in maximum 60 days.

If your order is yet to be delivered after 60 Days of being shipped, we guarantee a full refund for the order.

Duties and Import Taxes

Import duties, taxes and custom fees are not included in the order price.

Please bear in mind that, all buyers are responsible for any duty, customs fees and import taxes that the order may imply.
